Good questions, honest answers
Do I need experience?
No. Most of our streamers start from scratch. We train you and stay with you after you go live.
Is this adult content?
No. Luma is mainstream live streaming and gaming only. Think TikTok Live, Twitch and YouTube, nothing explicit.
Do I have to show my face?
Depends on the role. Streamers are on camera (gaming can be face cam optional). Stream Operators work fully behind the scenes, never on camera.
How and when do I get paid?
Weekly. You get base pay plus the gifts and tips you earn, sent through your local payment method.
What equipment do I need?
A smartphone or a PC and a stable internet connection is enough to start. We help with lighting and audio.
Who can apply?
Anyone 18 or older who is comfortable on camera or streaming games. We hire in English and Portuguese.
